Once a subscription order is placed, it can’t be retroactively changed to a one-time purchase through the system. However:
If this was your initial subscription purchase, you can request to convert it into a one-time order by paying the difference between the discounted subscription price and the standard one-time purchase price (per Section 22.9.7 of our Terms & Conditions).
Once that price difference is covered, your order will be treated as a one-time purchase, and your subscription will be cancelled.
