Here are a few possible reasons:
The cancellation was made after the renewal had already processed
The subscription was not fully cancelled — no confirmation email was received
A different email address was used during checkout
You unsubscribed from emails, but the subscription itself was still active
In some cases, customers email us saying things like “cancel my plan” but never reply to our follow-up asking for confirmation details (order number, email, etc.). In those cases, the cancellation process remains incomplete until we receive a proper reply and confirm it has been processed.
