We always want our customers to feel supported, and we aim to be transparent about our refund and cancellation policies, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions:
Initial Order (First Charge at Checkout):
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 4 hours of being placed, as we strive for fast fulfillment (Section 22.6.1).
If you no longer wish to keep your initial order after receiving it, you may return it for a refund as long as the product is unopened and eligible under our return policy.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Return shipping costs may apply.
First Renewal (Second Charge Overall):
If not cancelled at least 48 hours before renewal, the first subscription renewal is final and non-refundable, even if the product hasn’t shipped yet (Section 22.9.5).
This ensures fair application of our discounted pricing model.
Second and Subsequent Renewals:
After the second charge, your subscription is considered fulfilled (Section 22.9.5).
You may cancel at any time to stop future charges.
Refunds may be available for unopened items, depending on your return eligibility.
Dissatisfaction After Use:
Results may vary by individual and depend on proper, consistent use.
Used or opened products are not eligible for refunds unless there’s a documented product defect.
