Our Terms & Conditions outline the following:
If you cancel before your second charge, you may be required to pay the discount difference between the subscription and regular price (Section 22.9.7)
If your second charge has already processed, the subscription is considered fulfilled (Section 22.9.5). That charge and shipment are final and non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time going forward without needing to cover the discount difference again
This policy protects our discounted pricing model while keeping things fair for long-term customers.
